Nestled along the shore of South Ari Atoll, a Maldivian beach pavilion offers island luxury in a serene and intimate environment. The architecture and interior design have been reimagined to create an elevated yet relaxed experience, where simplicity and beauty inspired by the island’s natural setting, can be savoured through the villa’s architecture and its bespoke interiors.

Outside, the villa’s bow-shaped wooden pergola and lounge deck allude to Maldives’ maritime surroundings. A sand-coloured shell-shaped plunge pool is located at the prow of the deck, adding a delightful touch to the beach lounging experience.

A Beach Retreat

Inside, the villa has been furnished as an intimate beach cottage, with a sequence of interconnecting rooms, each designed as an immersive space.

The lounge is furnished with slip-covered daybeds, lined with azure-dyed fabric sheers, and furnished with bespoke carved-wood minibar and furniture pieces, to create an idyllic tropical atmosphere.

The all-teal painted dressing room features a pebble-shaped vanity island and open, beach-style his-and-her wardrobes, which are lined with tapestries embroidered with palm motifs.

A spa-inspired bathing room, with curved, sand-coloured walls, terrazzo floors, and a bespoke, shell-inspired tub designed for two, extends into a small palm garden.

The lagoon-facing bedroom boasts a four-poster bed with its rope-tipped masts and a handwoven headboard, providing a tranquil retreat in harmony with its natural surroundings.
