Designed with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Nobu Doha was his first free-standing Nobu restaurant in the waters of Doha Bay.
Circular dining
The three-tiered restaurant has a dining area and an inviting roof top bar. It has been surrounded by river stone and finished with bronze accents.
Inside, there is a double-height space adored by curved abaca panels, end-grain wood floors, and columns covered in shells. The field of circular lights above helps to evoke the feeling of the sea as guests dine.
